We want to provide individual, unique crypto merch for customers around the world. That means many of our products are produced on demand, just for you. There's less waste, less production time, and less friction for our customers. You get better products and the planet gets less merchandise in its landfills.
All sales are final, so if you have questions about an item just ask us! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you all the details before you make your purchasing decision.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Received a tee with a misprint? Did a carrier handle your order carelessly? We've got your back, front, sleeves, hoods, and everything in between. Reach out to us at email@example.com with a few pictures detailing the damage and we'll take it from there.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard shipping to over 180 countries. Most of our products have a handy shipping estimator on the products page itself to help you gage the arrival times.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
All applicable taxes and duties for international orders are not reflected at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local carriers to get an idea of any additional charges you might incur based on your region.
What do I do if I never received my order?
All of our orders include tracking information to keep you up to date on the location of your items. If the trail goes cold, let us know and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Since all sales are final and made on demand, we can’t guarantee any changes to an order you’ve already placed. However, if you contact us within 12 hours there is a chance we may be able to halt the production of your order. This is on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed. The sooner you let us know the better!
Where are you located?
The Cointelegraph Store is headquartered in New York with a small, devoted remote staff operating around the world.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our products are made on demand using a variety of printing techniques like DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, sublimation, and embroidery. We do our absolute best to source from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Most of our products come with a handy sizing guide listed in the description. If you don’t see the measurements you’re looking for, reach out and we’ll get you more information.
